Hello and Welcome! As a Berrien Springs graduate and a bleeding green Shamrock, I am excited to be helping our students learn and succeed in the Shamrock Way.
After graduating from Berrien Springs, I was fortunate to carry on my football career to Central Michigan University. I then returned to Berrien Springs and spent four years working at the Berrien County Juvenile Center while also volunteer coaching with the Varsity Football team. I joined the Michigan State Police in 1997 where I spent 11 years in Manistique, 2 years at the Bridgman Post and 6+ years at the Niles Post retiring in February of 2017. I have always been a helper. Even as a High School student, I enjoyed going to rocket football, youth baseball, basketball and helping out any way I could to pass on what I had learned. I got into the Michigan State Police to help people and now I am back at Berrien Springs to help again. Since returning to the Shamrock area in 2008, I have enjoyed helping with the high school football program, track, sport specific weightlifting and the powerlifting team, competition cheer and junior high football and track. I am looking forward to this new adventure helping as the PBIS Coach. As the PBIS coach I plan to help our students learn from their mistakes so that they can grow and become strong young Shamrocks.
